VISIT NORWAY
The Capital city is Oslo. It
is the country side, which makes Norway so
charming. Visiting the ``fjords" (rivers) is an overwheeming experience, if you for instance ride the
boat to the Nordcap, which is the top of the
world. Oslo city in itself, is not so charming as
the capitals of the neighbouring countries - however, the boat ride into Oslo is
very charming.
Place of interest:
Norwegian Nobel Institute and painter Edward Munch, plus
perhaps the rock band Aha are among the most famous Norwegian
names.
The Oslo Accords in 1993 founded a platform of
negotiation between Palestinians and Israel.

CARTOON is a humorous drawing often found in
newspapers and magazines.
The first registered cartoon is an anonymous
woodcut entitled ``The Other Side of the Swiss Game" from year
1499. It shows the pope, the Holy Roman Emperor, and the king of
France and England playing cards.
Another woodcut from year 1521 is showing
the Devil playing a pair of bagpipes, which are portraying the
religious leader Martin Luther.
